- You remember the positive effects of walking in nature on your body and mind, but it feels like a distant memory nowadays.
I know what this feels like because I have been there too
I used to be so busy at work that I hardly ever got a chance to take a walk outside. Even at lunch time, there was always somewhere to rush, or something finish, so I barely managed to get out of the office. The only thing I used to notice is the days getting shorter and whether I was driving home in the daylight or in the dark.
But then everything changed when I started walking regularly during evening and weekends. Initially it was to prepare for long walking trip from Portugal to Spain (a Camino).
I was so unfit, a proper couch potato at the time, so it was a big challenge. But then quite quickly I stated to notice the mental and physical benefits of walking, so why don’t you join me on one of my gentle walks.

Walk and talk together
- Location: various paths around south Bucks and Berkshire in a 30 min radius from SL2
- Duration: 2-3 hrs

Walk alone and talk together
- Location: anywhere in nature close to you with a good mobile and data signal, a headset and ideally no wind.
- Duration: 1.5-2 hrs
- Packages: please see individual and corporate coaching packages below.
Individual coaching packages:
“Find my mojo” package (4 x 90 min coaching sessions over 4-5 months) – £1199
“Find my path” package (8 x 90 min sessions over 6-8 months) – £2399
“Laser focus” session (90 min for when you need quick help with a specific tissue e.g. a decision or prep for a meeting etc.) – £299
Corporate coaching packages:
1:1 coaching starts from £2750.
A tailored proposal will be provided for clients based on their specific needs.
