During my last #supervision call I was pondering on what else can I do as a coach to support #organisational #learning especially around supporting better #communication among team members. This question came up as it helps to maintain confidentiality, keeps the action in the client's hands and encourages sharing, thus deepening #trust.
When to use
You can ask this question at the end of the coaching session when you are #action setting with your client. You can include what format, with whom and when the sharing takes place.
