I often hear people talk about the time "when things would go back to normal" or "when this would end".
Firstly, there is no such thing as "normal" as this is a very subjective construct in everyone's mind, so "normal" means different things to everyone. Your life will never be the same again after this pandemic and this is a good thing.
Secondly, this thing will not "end". It's the wrong thing to wait for or ponder on as things continuously evolve, so change will never end.
A better question to ask is "What does this evolve into?"
What do you want this to evolve into? What are you doing about it?
What are you feeling/sensing already?
How curious are you about the future?
What do you need to let go?
If you are able to keep an open and curious mindset of constant change and evolution, you will be better equipped to be able to deal with what might be coming your way.
