Timea Kristof
Founder and Chief Disruptor at Gekko Consulting
Timea is an Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant with 23+ years of experience in successfully managing learning & leadership development and various learning portfolios in multi-cultural environments. She brings experience from FMCG, technology, gaming, entertainment, manufacturing, renewable energy, MedTech, banking, investment management, consulting, public & non-profit sectors.
Tímea is an intuitive, relational and systemic executive & team coach. She invites her clients to bring their whole selves to coaching and uses an adaptive style to enable her clients to create transformative change. She uses her intuition and embodied awareness to sense what might be needed, and her approach promotes clients’ self-learning and reflective journey beyond coaching sessions.

Jen Lawrence

Jen is an experienced Chief People Officer and Leadership Development Consultant, with a successful track record spanning FMCG, technology, retail and travel. She has led organisations to create and deliver innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies and solutions with both internal achievement and external recognition for which she was awarded the Fellowship of the CIPD.
She has led a number of transformational programmes, creating high performing teams through a focus on leadership, employee engagement, employee experience, performance improvement and developing business cultures.
Jen is a psychometric practitioner in culture/ leadership tools: Lumina, Insights, Hogan, & EQi. She is a qualified executive coach (PCC and Senior Practioner EMCC) and coach supervisor with a proven track record working as both an internal and external coach for CEOs and leadership teams.

Maria Teresa Chietera
Associate Coach, Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher
Maria is a freelance Organisational Coach and Mindfulness Teacher based in London. Her passion lies in providing holistic support to individuals and teams on their journey toward self-awareness while enabling self-sustainable change. She co-founded ‘The Mindful Facilitator,’ a learning journey to empower coaches and leaders with mindfulness tools, and is a faculty member at ‘Coaching Outside The Box’ coaching school.
Before establishing her coaching and mindfulness business in 2022, Maria worked as a Senior Agile Coach at companies such as Snap Inc., eBay Kleinanzeigen, and Adevinta. She brings experience from the Tech, Healthcare, Fashion and Retail industries.
She has a scientific background, holding an MSc in Computer Science specialising in Artificial Intelligence and has a strong foundation in mindfulness and coaching, being certified as an ICF-Associate Certified Coach, Agile Coach, and Yoga Teacher.

Sarah’s professional experience began with 16+ years in Industry, leading change management, strategy development and supporting the development of individuals in their careers.
For the last 20 years, she has specialised in coaching, providing individual space for leaders and entrepreneurs to explore their strengths and how they use them. She is the founder of a Wellbeing coaching retreat in the Brecon Beacons, where environment and coaching combine to create a natural, respectful space for exploration and movement towards objective.

Katherine Ray
Associate Consultant and Founder of Talentology Consulting
Katherine is an experienced management and leadership coach who has worked with clients at all levels from graduates, new managers, senior leaders and Heads of Departments. Having graduated with a BSc Hons in Psychology and Sociology and a MA in Human Resource Management, her career to date spans 17 years. Katherine’s knowledge and experience derives from holding a series of senior HR roles working in dynamic and fast paced FMCG and Media organisations such as Diageo, Warner Bros, BSkyB and Unilever.
Currently Katherine runs her own consultancy called Talentology Ltd helping organisations grow and develop their people. Since setting up Talentology Ltd, Katherine has been working with a number of different organisations across different sectors including financial services on a number of different initiatives ranging from talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, coaching and mentoring.
