Richard is a highly experienced change leader in a Senior Manager role at Mars Inc, with 25+ years of experience. He has a reputation for high quality, collaborative delivery of projects, programs and strategy development on a global scale. He has extensive experience of Project, Program and Portfolio Management with certifications in PMP, MSP, MoP and NLP and proven experience of implementing industry leading practices in challenging, fast moving environments.
Richard is an outdoor enthusiast: a runner, a cyclist, a trekker and a general mud-lover. He loves finding adventures in new places and sharing them with others.
Richard is the walking group leader on Gekko's outdoor coaching programs. His role is to keep the group safe, on track and inspired by the environment.
Sarah's professional experience began with 16+ years in Industry, leading change management, strategy development and supporting the development of individuals in their careers.
For the last 15 years, she has specialised in coaching, providing individual space for leaders and entrepreneurs to explore their strengths and how they use them. She is the founder of a Wellbeing coaching retreat in the Brecon Beacons, where environment and coaching combine to create a natural, respectful space for exploration and movement towards objective.
Sarah supports an authentic exploration of what truly matters to each individual she works with, and practical alignment of that to their working environment.
Katherine is an experienced management and leadership coach who has worked with clients at all levels from graduates, new managers, senior leaders and Heads of Departments. Having graduated with a BSc Hons in Psychology and Sociology and a MA in Human Resource Management, her career to date spans 17 years. Katherine’s knowledge and experience derives from holding a series of senior HR roles working in dynamic and fast paced FMCG and Media organisations such as Diageo, Warner Bros, BSkyB and Unilever.
Currently Katherine runs her own consultancy called Talentology Ltd helping organisations grow and develop their people. Since setting up Talentology Ltd, Katherine has been working with a number of different organisations across different sectors including financial services on a number of different initiatives ranging from talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, coaching and mentoring.
Katherine’s coaching style is heuristic by holding the client completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face by being supportive, encouraging, empowering yet challenging and pragmatic. She describes herself as a coach-mentor by providing guidance and advice where necessary.
